We are a specialised parent and infant relationship service that provides talking therapy, attachment-led infant massage courses, online support for families and workforce training for professionals.
We are community based, working through Family Hubs, GP's premises and partners throughout Dorset. Our services can be accessed online, enabling us to reach families across Dorset.
We want to support you so you can take care of your baby in the best possible way.
You’re welcome to take part in one or all of our services. We can guide you to understand which one may suit you best.

Whether you're new to the world of working with infants, or looking to refresh your knowledge, our Level 1 course is perfect for you. Our expert instructors will cover the basics of infant mental health, including key concepts and practical skills. By the end of the course, you'll feel more confident in your ability to support families with infants.

DorPIP is proud to partner with Dorset Mind to deliver Mothers in Mind – a supportive 8-week group for mums in Dorset who may be feeling low, anxious, or overwhelmed in the early years of parenthood. With a gentle focus on emotional wellbeing and the parent-infant relationship, these small, welcoming groups offer a safe space to connect, reflect, and recharge. Groups run in-person and online for mums with babies under two or mums-to-be.
